Abstract
As a result of the development in the field of information and communication technologies, this led to the electronic government, then the smart government and the electronic cities, which became a reality in many developed countries such as the United States … etc.
The study highlighted the importance and advantages of e-cities, and provided a proposal to convert the city of Sharm el-Sheikh to electronic city to be a model example for the rest of Egyptian cities.
